Yes — free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a small cancellation fee.
Once your professional is on the way, you'll receive a push notification with live status updates. You can chat with them directly through the app at any time.
Contact our support team immediately. We'll find you a replacement professional as quickly as possible and you won't be charged for the original booking.
Payment is collected only after the job is completed and you confirm you're satisfied. We never charge you before the work is done.
If you have a legitimate complaint about the work, contact support within 48 hours. We review every case fairly and issue refunds where appropriate. Refunds typically appear in 3–5 business days.
Every completed job generates a PDF invoice automatically sent to your email. You can also download it any time from your account under My Jobs → select the job → Download Invoice.
Go to My Jobs, select the booking and tap "Report an issue". Describe what happened and our safety team will investigate within 24 hours. In case of emergency, contact local authorities first.
Every professional is verified for ID, professional qualifications and liability insurance before being listed. Profiles with red flags are immediately suspended pending review.
