When and how do I get paid?

Once you mark a job as complete and the client confirms it, we transfer your payment within 48 hours directly to your bank account (IBAN). You get a payment notification on your phone as soon as it's sent.

Can I reject jobs I don't want?

Absolutely. You are never obligated to accept a job. You set your availability calendar, your service area and the types of jobs you want. Declining a job occasionally has no impact on your profile.

How long does verification take?

Typically less than 24 hours on business days. You'll receive an email and push notification as soon as your profile is approved. Upload clear photos of your documents to speed things up.

What if a client complains about my work?
